With
more than 21 years in the chemical industry, Steve has had progressive
management roles providing him with broad experience in manufacturing,
engineering and Environmental, Health and Safety (EH&S) systems
management and design. Steve is a Chemical Engineer with a Masters in
Business Administration. After serving as Operations Manager for urethanes
manufacturing with Union Carbide, Steve moved to the international front
as Engineering and Capital Projects Manager for one of ARCO Chemical
Company’s facilities in Europe. After repatriating, he gained valuable
expertise in evaluating and designing EH&S, reliability and
manufacturing management systems while traveling worldwide as Operations
Process Improvement Manager.
Steve’s
combination of operations management expertise and regulatory compliance
knowledge is coupled with the ability to design and apply practical, risk
based management systems. As a result, Steve is uniquely qualified to
bring effective solutions to clients looking for operations performance
improvement and regulatory compliance assurance.
