Bob
has 15 years of experience in a wide variety of manufacturing, engineering
and facility management roles. A Chemical Engineering graduate, Bob gained
a wealth of experience while working for Union Carbide and ARCO Chemical
Companies. Early in his career, Bob was responsible for diverse specialty
chemical manufacturing operations, gaining technical and managerial
experience in process safety and reliability, environmental compliance,
production planning and quality control. He later broadened his knowledge
and expertise with assignments in process engineering and management of
major capital projects. As a result, Bob brings a balanced perspective to
operations management, emphasizing safety, environmental compliance,
quality, reliability and cost.
Prior to joining
Creative Science Solutions, Inc., Bob’s most recent assignment was in
Lyondell's Research & Development and world headquarters location,
overseeing pilot plant operations and facility support functions. His
roles included managing process and personnel safety performance as well
as improving building systems reliability.
