Chuck
has over 26 years of experience in management, operations and engineering
in a manufacturing, headquarters and Research and Development environment.
Chuck is a proven successful leader having spent the last 24 years in the
chemical industry, most recently with Lyondell Chemical Company. Prior to
founding Creative Science Solutions Inc., Chuck was the senior manager
responsible for a large multi-functional organization that included
R&D operations, facility management, and engineering.
Chuck has broad
management and engineering experience and is results oriented. Previously
he had management assignments supporting worldwide engineering services,
plant operations and project management. Chuck emphasizes teamwork, work
product excellence, customer value and is a strong believer in
collaborative management.
